艾普定 iProtin® 是嘉碩生醫打造全新一代體外診斷解決方案,採用高頻反射式剪切水平表面聲波(SH-SAW)感測晶片,能即時偵測抗原抗體結合時在感測表面產生的質量與黏彈性變化,無需酵素或螢光標記,即可獲得高靈敏的定量或半定量檢測結果。得益於表面聲波技術的獨特物理性質,檢測過程不受血球干擾,可直接使用 5 μL 指尖全血樣本,並在 3 分鐘內完成高靈敏度分析。該平台技術已取得多國專利,具有高度延展性與模組化設計,能靈活應用於多種疾病標記物的檢測,包括心血管疾病、炎症指標與癌症相關蛋白等。
